Rob (Defensive Coordinator for the Cowboys) and Rex Ryan (Head Coach for the Jets) have been known for their defensive prowess throughout their careers. Yesterday on Thanksgiving, the Ryan brothers were both embarrassed on the defensive side of the ball. Rob's Cowboys were trounced by RGIII and the skins to a tune of 38 points; Rex's pitiable Jets were thoroughly dissected by Brady and the Pats for 49 points.
The Ryan defenses allowed a combined 634 passing yards and 7 touchdowns to Brady and RGIII on turkey day; they also allowed 297 rushing yards and three touchdowns on the ground. Due to sloppy defense on thanksgiving the Ryan family watched their son's football teams get dominated by a combined 87 to 50. Must have been quite interesting at the Ryan house on Thursday.
