Which Athlete has the Hottest Wife?

      Okay, I can already tell this is going to be a touchy piece for some people, so to start off, this is not supposed to be a ranking system or a denigration of women as eye candy. This is a celebration of the off-field success of some of our favorite athletes, who have snagged some of the most attractive women on the planet. The concept of attraction is subjective, so not ALL of you are going to agree with me, and I'm sure I will miss out on a few ridiculously hot wives. My criteria for compiling of the list is as follows:
1. The athlete must be currently playing their respective sport at a professional level.
2. All women must be current wives of the players. Thus, no girlfriends, fiancées, or ex-wives.
3. This is my list, so if you don't agree, make your own damn list and leave me alone. 
        Now that the rules are settled, I shall begin. I'd like to start off by saying if I were a high-school quarterback being recruited by the top college programs in the nation, I would automatically choose Texas A&M. You are pretty much guaranteed to graduate with a diploma and a straight dime hanging on your arm come draft day. I am leaving a special section for Texas A&M quarterback's wives.(Johnny Manziel is up next if he stays with his current girlfriend.   Ryan Tannehill's wife, Lauren

I'm a Dolphin's fan, so when I heard they were being featured on Hard Knocks, I was ecstatic. Little did I know that my favorite segment of the show (besides any Chad Ochocinco quote) would be the appearance of Lauren Tannehill. I believe The Phin's are in good hands while Ryan Tannehill is our QB, and I know Tannehill is in good hands at home as long as Lauren is his wife.

Okay, I know I'm already breaking my rules considering that the former Aggie is currently a free-agent, but the Texas A&M women had to be addressed.

Tony Romo's Wife, Candice Crawford

Tony Romo takes a schlacking from the Media, fans, and opposing defenses alike, but he gets paid millions of dollars to throw a ball and he's married to Candice Crawford. I'd say this guy has it pretty good.

Tom Brady's wife, Gisele Bundchen

Tom Brady might be the most enviable guy in America. He has 3 superbowl rings, tons of endorsement deals, and he was even featured on Entourage. But the kicker, he comes home to Victoria's Secret supermodel Gisele Bundchen every night. Even better, she makes more money than him. He could never work another day in his life and his gorgeous wife would have him covered and then some. Congrats Tom, you just won life.

     Kaka's wife, Caroline Celico

I dont really pay attention to international soccer (gasp!), so I don't ever watch crowd shots of soccer wives, but as I was doing my research for this article, I stumbled upon this true beauty. Even though he has a name that I would have made absurd jokes about in elementary school, Kaka has a really hot wife.

Andy Roddick's wife, Brooklyn Decker

Even though American tennis stars have faded to the background due to the rise of international superstars like Nadal, Djokovic, and Federer, Andy Roddick still wins the hot wife department. Sorry Federer, I'm sure you love your wife and you get good guy points for marrying someone who knew you before you were famous, but that gets you nowhere on this list. And yes, I'm aware that I am breaking my rules again, but he retired only a few months ago so I will give him a pass. Also, a pass because Brooklyn Decker is insanely hot, and I really just wanted her picture in this article.

David Dejesus' wife, Kim Dejesus

Sweet Dejesus (couldn't help myself). The Chicago Cubs outfielder  may play for one of the most constantly disappointing teams in major league baseball, but I bet he didn't disappoint his father when he brought Kim home for the first time. 

Scott Posednik's wife, Lisa Dergan

Not a lot to say here. She's a former playboy playmate, and now Mrs. Dergan-Posednik, married to the current member of the Red Sox.
