One of the Chiefs starting linebackers, Jovan Belcher, shot and killed his girlfriend before driving to Arrowhead Stadium and taking his own life as well. This is a tragedy that will undoubtedly resound throughout the NFL; Jovan Belcher and his family, whether personally known or not, will be in the hearts and minds of all NFL players and fans. At a young age of 25, you hate to see somebody take their own life and, worse, the life of another. This is a sad morning for the NFL and young athletes around the country.
